Realtor VIP Pass – Subscription Plan Terms:

The Realtor VIP Pass is a premium subscription plan billed in 3-month increments, with automatic renewal every 90 days unless canceled. All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage.

Subscription plan benefits apply only to files that are both opened and closed during an active subscription period. Any transactions outside of the active term will not qualify for VIP benefits.

You may cancel at any time to avoid future billing; however, no partial refunds will be issued for the current billing.
